Change can be both exciting and a little daunting, but ultimately, it brings new opportunities for growth. As I prepare to move to my new counselling space at Tapnage Farm, I find myself reflecting on how far this journey has come and the fresh possibilities that lie ahead.
For the past few years, my practice has grown in ways I couldn’t have imagined. I’ve been privileged to walk alongside so many individuals on their personal journeys, offering support, space, and understanding as they navigate life’s challenges. Now, as I take this next step, my hope is that this move enhances the experience I offer, creating an even more welcoming, peaceful, and nurturing environment for my clients.
Why the Move?
I’ve always believed that the setting of therapy plays a crucial role in the process. My new location at Tapnage Farm provides a dedicated, private space surrounded by nature—a place where you can feel comfortable, safe, and able to explore your thoughts and feelings. With the added benefit of nearby woodland walks along the Old Wickham Railway Line, it also creates new opportunities for walk-and-talk sessions, combining the therapeutic benefits of movement and nature.
What This Means for You
From Monday, 3rd March 2025, all in-person sessions will take place at: Suite TB2, Tapnage Farm, Titchfield Lane, Wickham, Fareham, PO17 5PQ
For those who enjoy the familiarity of my previous location or find Wickham a little too far, I still offer:
Online counselling – for those who prefer the flexibility of working together from home.
Walk-and-talk sessions in Lee-on-the-Solent – a great option if you’d rather connect in an outdoor setting.
Referrals to a trusted colleague in West Street, Fareham – for those looking to stay in the area.
A Space to Grow
This move represents more than just a change in location—it’s an opportunity to expand the way I work. With this dedicated space, I am excited to explore new ways of supporting my clients, from potential group sessions to workshops and other holistic approaches to wellbeing.
Most importantly, I want to reassure you that my approach remains the same. Whether we meet indoors, outdoors, or online, my focus will always be on providing a compassionate, grounded, and supportive space tailored to your needs.
Let’s Stay Connected
If you’re a current or past client and considering returning to therapy, I’d love to welcome you to my new space. If you’re new to my practice, I’m happy to answer any questions you may have.
Thank you to everyone who has been part of this journey so far. I’m so looking forward to this next chapter and to continuing to support you, wherever you are in your own journey.
