A Retreat from the Everyday


Tucked away on a working farm just outside Wickham, I aim for my counselling space to feel more like a retreat than a clinic. You’ll arrive to birdsong, big skies, and the calming presence of animals—horses, cows, chickens, goats, and sheep—and leave feeling lighter, clearer, and more connected.


Whether we meet in-person or online every session is your invitation to step away from the noise and demands of daily life and into a calmer, grounded space. To stop performing. To feel.


Counselling, Supercharged by Nature


I take a modern and refreshing approach to therapy, blending professional talking therapy with the healing benefits of nature, movement, and a down-to-earth, personalised style.


In addition to in-room and online sessions, I offer walk-and-talk therapy—a calming, side-by-side alternative that many clients find grounding and freeing. Letting the rhythm of walking ease the pressure to “perform” or “get it right.” Nature does a lot of the work.
